AUCTION TERMS: Cash – A 15% nonrefundable earnest money payment on the day of the sale with the balance on or before July 1, 2025 with immediate full possession for the 2025 crop year. Marketable Title will be conveyed and owner’s title insurance provided with the cost the owners policy and closing agent’s fee divided 50-50 between the buyer and seller.
