This property consists of a  +/-157.75 acre surveyed parcel of land.  According to FSA information this farm has 155.09 acres of Farmland with approx. 132.86 acres of total cropland, although subsequent to the reduction of the 17.74 CRP acres, this farm presently has approx. 115.12 acres of remaining effective cropland, with a 56.90  acre corn base with a 122 bu. PLC yield and a 54.90 acre soybean base with a 36 bu. PLC yield.
